IVIRMA North America is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Englewood/Paramus, NJ location. The role combines clinical nursing, patient education, and care coordination to support fertility journeys. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm with weekend rotation.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license, a BSN, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and EMR/MS Office proficiency, with preferred OB/GYN or fertility exposure.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• 2+ years of practical nursing experience
• BSN degree
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• MS Office proficiency
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care throughout diagnostic testing and fertility treatment
• Carry out provider-directed clinical and treatment plans
• Review medical records, laboratory results and treatment information
• Communicate test results, instructions and next steps to patients
• Educate patients and couples about testing, treatment options, medications and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Provide nursing interventions to support patient care and safety
• Support patients emotionally throughout fertility treatment
