Job summary

IVIRMA North America in Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time weekday schedule from 8:30am to 4:30pm to support fertility patients.

The RN will coordinate care, educate patients, assist with in-office procedures, and ensure accurate EMR documentation while mentoring peers and upholding IVIRMA workflows.

Requirements include active RN license, BSN, with 2+ years of nursing experience; weekend/holiday coverage may be required, and experience in women’s health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations required.
• BSN degree required; certification in BCLS/ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and treatment of fertility patients.
• Educate patients and provide guidance throughout the treatment journey.
• Assist with in-office procedures and follow IVIRMA workflows.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate test results.
• Mentor peers and promote collaborative environment.
