Job summary

IVIRMA Global in Englewood, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to support fertility patients. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm with weekend rotation, delivering compassionate care and coordinating treatment journeys.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, preferably with a BSN, and may have ACLS/BCLS. Proficiency with EMR and MS Office is beneficial within our patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations - required
• BSN degree highly preferred
• ACLS/BCLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and treatment of fertility patients
• Assist with provider directives and treatment plans
• Document in EMR accurately and timely
• Educate patients on testing, options, and RMA processes
• Provide emotional support and maintain compassionate environment
• Mentor nurses and support inter-department collaboration
• Assist with in-office procedures as needed
