Job summary

IVIRMA Global is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Marlton, NJ location to join a patient-centered fertility care team. The role focuses on coordinating treatment plans, educating patients, and ensuring high-quality nursing support within a comprehensive EMR-driven workflow.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license and a BSN degree, with preferred experience in women’s health and fertility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations - required.
• BSN degree - required.
• Prior nursing experience in fertility or women’s health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and treatment plans for fertility patients.
• Provide patient education throughout the treatment journey.
• Assist with in-office procedures and nursing interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate test results to patients.
• Support and mentor peers to promote a collaborative clinical environment.
