Job summary

IVIRMA Global is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the patient care team as a treatment coordinator for fertility patients. The role focuses on education, compassionate support, and guiding patients through testing and treatment options, while ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR.

The RN will coordinate care, assist with in-office procedures, mentor peers, and promote a collaborative environment across departments. Weekend, holiday, and occasional evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations.
• 2+ years practical experience as a nurse (highly preferred).
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare (preferred).
• BSN degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, management and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives and clinical treatment plans.
• Enter accurate data into the EMR and review medical records/lab results.
• Educate patients on testing, treatment options and the RMA processes.
