Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Marlton, NJ location. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with rotating weekends. The Nurse will educate fertility patients and coordinate treatment plans to deliver an optimal patient experience.

Required BSN degree and active RN license; 2+ years’ nursing experience preferred, especially in women's health. EMR experience is expected, with a strong emphasis on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations required.
• BSN degree required.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred, especially in women’s health.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and manage treatment plans for fertility patients.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions to patients/families.
• Educate patients throughout the treatment journey and set expectations.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR and support in-office procedures.
