Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, a leader in physician-centric fertility care, is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Chicago, IL. This full-time, onsite role requires greeting patients, verifying information, and supporting scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience as medical receptionist or front desk.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays and balance dues at the time of service.
• Prepare for the next day’s appointments and ensure all necessary documentation and materials are ready.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
