Pinnacle Fertility in Everett, WA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to guide patients through their fertility journey, focusing on financial processes and clear understanding of obligations. This full-time, onsite role works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

No fertility experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, a medical office, or another patient or customer-facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Professionalism and empathy when supporting patients through sensitive situations.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about fertility and reproductive healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients while creating a professional, compassionate experience.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and appointment information.
• Manage incoming calls, patient questions, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the electronic medical record.
• Process billing information, copays, and patient payments.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient clinic operations.
• Help resolve patient concerns and connect patients with the appropriate team member.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment.
• Float between Washington clinic locations based on staffing and operational needs.
• Support additional projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
