Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for fertility patients. You will manage administrative tasks and scheduling while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

The role is full-time and onsite at Pinnacle Fertility - Arizona, located in Scottsdale or Chandler, AZ, with travel to other clinics as needed. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, with rotating Sunday every three weeks and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service/front desk/administrative experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
