Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the Arlington, VA clinic's operations, patient experience, staffing, facilities, and compliance, collaborating with physicians and shared services to ensure efficient, high-quality care.

The role is full-time, onsite, with occasional support responsibilities for nearby clinics. Core hours are Monday through Friday, with schedule flexibility based on clinic and patient needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Demonstrated management experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally to nearby clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and workflows.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience, managing concerns and service recovery.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Partner with HR on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations.
• Monitor operational and patient-experience metrics and implement improvements.
• Oversee facilities, supplies, equipment, vendors, and the clinic environment.
• Ensure compliance with Pinnacle policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and shared services to align operations with network standards.
• Provide occasional operational support to nearby clinic locations as needed.
