Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; update records.
• Collect copayments and other payments at point of service.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate ancillary services.
• Register patients in Biometrics program and assist with MyUPMC registration.
• Explain and guide patients in using the MyUPMC portal.
• Triage and route calls to appropriate departments and clinicians.
• Maintain provider schedules and manage high patient volumes.
• Support scanning of medical records and related admin duties.
