Spring Fertility is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with our Care Team and guide patients through fertility treatments. You will work with nursing staff to provide clear information and ensure a smooth transition into cycle management.

The role focuses on building trust with patients, explaining complex medical processes in simple terms, and coordinating tests, calendars, and appointments to support successful treatment journeys.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Passion for reproductive healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients.
• Explain complex medical processes and terms in a digestible manner.
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment.
• Schedule appointments.
