Job summary

Spring Fertility in New York is seeking a Patient Navigator who will partner with our Care Team to guide patients through fertility treatments with clarity and compassion.

You will generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans, track tests, schedule appointments, and build trust with new patients. A Bachelor's degree and exceptional communication skills are required; this is a full-time onsite role with early hours and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
• Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
• Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manner
• Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
• Scheduling appointments
