Spring Fertility in the San Francisco area is seeking a Patient Navigator to partner with the Care Team and help patients navigate their treatment journeys with clarity and compassion. You will generate journey maps and calendars, track tests, schedule appointments, and build trust with new patients while coordinating with nursing staff to ensure a smooth cycle management process.
