Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front office, reception, or patient services
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• A passion for women’s health; fertility experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Willingness to multitask, be flexible, and troubleshoot problems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Exemplifies amazing customer service skills and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support
• Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
• Other administrative and operational duties as assigned
