Terra Fertility PLLC in Dedham, MA seeks a Patient Navigator to coordinate fertility care logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with nursing, financial, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and timely responses to patient inquiries.

The role requires strong organizational skills, empathy and the ability to learn complex workflows quickly, with on-site work and occasional hybrid arrangements after training.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent healthcare experience considered.
• At least two years of patient-facing experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a consistent non-clinical point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Coordinate appointments, testing and communications across clinical, lab, financial and admin teams.
• Maintain patient records, ensure readiness checklists and process referrals and forms.
• Route clinical questions to licensed team members and track status.
• Support financial clearance and communicate changes in treatment or cycle status.
• Monitor missed or delayed appointments and arrange next steps.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborate across departments.
