Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administration of five pathology fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with ACGME/CUGME and institutional policies while supporting the Program Director in maintaining educational quality.

The role involves onboarding fellows, managing data (MedHub), coordinating recruitment, budgeting, and events, with onsite training in Aurora, CO and potential hybrid work later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year fellowship coordination experience (intermediate).
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years fellowship program coordination experience (senior).
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations for five pathology fellowship programs.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and exit processes for fellows and learners.
• Maintain program data and documentation including evaluations, rotation schedules, and accreditation requirements.
• Support program directors in monitoring program quality and accreditation materials.
• Manage fellowship recruitment cycles, including application review, interview scheduling and ranking processes.
• Track fellowship budgets and coordinate with the Business Manager on funding allocations.
• Assist with planning and executing fellowship events including graduations.
