University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO, seeks an Academic Services Professional (Open Rank: Intermediate-Principal) to support non-ACGME fellowship programs, courses, conferences, and events. Role includes coordinating fellowship activities, assisting with course planning, and collaborating with faculty on educational initiatives.

Hybrid work schedule (3 days on campus) and collaboration with the Education Program Director are key elements of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in communications, public relations, business administration, healthcare administration, or another related field.
• 1 year of professional level experience.
• 2 years of professional level experience for Senior Professional; 3 years for Principal Professional.

Responsibilities

• Instructor-Fellowship Program Coordination (75%) — Manage day-to-day operations for fellowship programs and fellows.
• Assist the Program Director in developing and maintaining educational quality and ensuring accreditation standards.
• Coordinate accreditation activities (Special Reviews, Annual Program Evaluations, etc.).
• Manage the Fellow recruitment and selection process; liaison among fellows, faculty, sites, and offices.
• Oversee content and design on fellowship webpages and collaborate with IT for updates.
