You will coordinate activities, assist with planning, and collaborate with faculty to advance educational initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with teams to support high-quality educational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in communications, public relations, business administration, healthcare administration, or another related field.
• 1 year of professional level experience (Intermediate).
• 2 years of professional level experience (Senior).
• 3 years of professional level experience (Principal).
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Fellowship programs and manage day-to-day operations for fellows.
• Assist Program Director in maintaining educational quality and accreditation compliance.
• Oversee accreditation activities and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate fellow recruitment and selection processes.
• Liaise with fellows, directors, faculty, sites, and regulatory offices.
• Manage fellowship webpages and collaborate with IT for updates.
