Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks an administrative professional to manage the Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship Program, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining essential documentation for program viability.

The role serves as a liaison among fellows, faculty, administration, and outside institutions, providing support to the division chief and coordinating office functions, schedules, and specialized duties with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Two years’ experience working with residency or fellowship training programs or in a related field.
• No specific certification/professional licenses required.
• Driver's license not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the division fellowship program, including application reviews and interview scheduling.
• Maintain files and documents, coordinate rotations, and track evaluations and program compliance.
• Liaise with ERAS, NRMP, New Innovations, and other agencies; prepare reports and coordinate site visits.
• Organize program meetings, scholarships oversight, and ABP/ACGME related activities.
• Provide backup coverage and manage general office functions for the division.
