Job summary

Smith+Naphew in the Western United States is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma. You will build meaningful relationships with fellows and fellowship programs, guiding engagement with Smith+Naphew technologies and educational opportunities.

You will partner with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams; travel up to 50% domestically; and lead the Transition to Practice to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, or related field.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows and program leaders.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and craft engagement strategies.
• Develop records of fellowship programs, engagement, training curricula, and exposure to products.
• Lead the Transition to Practice to ensure a smooth start for new surgeons.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
