Job summary

AGRILAND FS is seeking an executive to direct all operations and coordinate distribution of feed products across locations. You will supervise the feed operations team, drive financial performance, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient distribution and inventory management.

You will collaborate with location managers to optimize billing programs and maintain safety and regulatory compliance, while advancing equipment, facilities, and cross-department teamwork for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or 8–10 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent business skills with experience in CTO, budgeting and inventory.
• Good math, reading and business skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand and operate all equipment at facility.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to work hours beyond considered normal.
• Experience prioritizing and organizing to accomplish goals with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops feed location managers and feed operational employees.
• Develops a plan with feed locations for effective use of all resources.
• Works directly with the feed location managers and location administrator to promote accurate Agriland FS billing programs.
• Manages operations that lead to excellent customer satisfaction while maximizing efficiencies, managing distribution cost and inventory to achieve company financial objectives.
• Works with feed managers to ensure that all location facilities are secure according to company guidelines and champions safety and regulatory programs with all employees.
• Leads development and implementation of company equipment and facility maintenance programs.
• Build, maintain and promote a collaborative operational and marketing effort with Agronomy and Energy departments while encouraging teamwork among all employees
