Job summary

Frontier Cooperative is seeking a Director of Nutrition Operations to lead our feed mill, warehouse, and distribution functions. You will manage production, inventory, and delivery, while driving safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

You will coach a team, develop talent, and ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes cost control, capacity planning, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, nutrition manufacturing, production, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ employees across multiple functions.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees across feed mill, warehouse, distribution, and delivery operations.
• Oversee daily production, inventory, and warehouse priorities to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate production priorities with inventory, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and efficiency.
• Oversee nutrition delivery and distribution activities to ensure timely customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulatory documentation.
