AGRILAND FS is seeking a customer-focused Feed Sales Specialist to grow our feed business and support cattle producers within an assigned territory. This role emphasizes building strong relationships and providing nutrition-based recommendations that meet customer needs.

You will manage your territory, pursue new business through proactive prospecting, and stay informed on market activity. AGRILAND FS provides training, resources, and support to advance your sales career.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of animal nutrition, particularly cattle.
• Feed industry or feed supply experience preferred but not required.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to develop new business.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and targeted sales efforts
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate feed products and services
• Provide value-added nutrition recommendations to cattle producers
• Monitor the competitive market and identify opportunities for growth
• Manage an assigned territory with strong organization and time management
• Work with customers and AGRILAND FS team to provide solutions and quality service
• Use professional sales techniques to grow profitable feed sales
