Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ progressive feed manufacturing experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred in poultry/animal/feed science or related field.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of FSMA and regulatory requirements related to feed plants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train hourly employees, provide direction, and administer corrective actions.
• Schedule feed mill activities, production, and shipments to meet requirements.
• Oversee inventories and daily reporting (production records, batching summaries).
• Conduct safety meetings and housekeeping audits; enforce PPE use.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, FSMA regulations, and laws.
• Review daily production activities and drive continuous improvement.
