Responsibilities

• Supervise and train employees; lead by example and enforce discipline.
• Provide and enforce safety training and SOP compliance.
• Schedule feed mill activities, production and shipments.
• Oversee inventories and manage purchasing decisions.
• Prepare daily reports and perform housekeeping audits.
• Ensure compliance with FSMA, policies and regulations.
