• Minimum five years’ progressive experience in a feed mill environment.
• Two years’ leadership experience including conflict resolution and policy adherence.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements surrounding food manufacture.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and math aptitude.
• Strong customer focus with professional communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all feed mill operations to ensure quantity and quality meet needs.
• Manage contract trucking and railroad grain delivery for timely execution.
• Oversee ingredient purchases and production requirements.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance; drive improvements.
