Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years of progressive feed manufacturing experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Poultry/Feed Science preferred.
• 3+ years in progressive feed manufacturing with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train employees; lead by example and administer corrective actions as needed.
• Provide and enforce safety training and daily housekeeping audits.
• Schedule feed mill activities, manufacturing, and shipments to meet requirements.
• Oversee inventories and daily reporting; review production records.
• Ensure compliance with FSMA and all laws and regulations.
• Perform daily feed mill checklist activities and duties as assigned.
