Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join the OSS organization focused on IAM within FedRAMP environments. You will manage IAM workflows, automate provisioning, and collaborate across teams to ensure secure and reliable operations.

You will work with IdP systems like Okta and Entra ID, implement scripts for automation, and participate in on-call support for IAM incidents. Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Experience in FedRAMP-authorized environments is a strong plus.
Proficient in IAM workflows: provisioning, deprovisioning and RBAC auditing.
Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

IAM operations: manage provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions updates, and escalations.
Resolve IAM tickets via Jira, GitLab, and ServiceNow, meeting SLA requirements.
Write and maintain scripts to automate provisioning and compliance tasks.
Collaborate to design and optimize automation pipelines for IAM deployments.
Document IAM workflows and troubleshooting steps clearly.
