F5 Networks is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II focused on IAM for FedRAMP environments. You will manage IAM workflows, provisioning, and deprovisioning while collaborating with distributed teams to ensure secure operations.

You will automate provisioning, issue resolution, and compliance reporting using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and IaC tools, with a focus on IdP migrations (Okta/Entra ID) and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in FedRAMP-authorized environments; IL4/IL5 is a strong plus.
• Experience managing IAM workflows including provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC auditing.

Responsabilités

• IAM Operations: Manage access provisioning, deprovisioning, permission updates, and escalations.
• Ticket Management: Resolve IAM tickets via Jira, GitLab, and ServiceNow with SLA adherence.
• Automation and Workflow: Write scripts to automate provisioning, compliance reporting, and repetitive IAM tasks.
• Build and Enhance Automation Pipelines: Design and troubleshoot pipelines for deployments and IAM workflows.
• Documentation: Write clear documentation for IAM workflows and troubleshooting.
• IdP Migrations & Consolidation: Assist in IdP migrations (Okta/Entra ID) and consolidate IAM systems.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Deploy Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk to monitor IAM health.
• On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation for IAM outages.
