Job summary

F5 is seeking a proactive Site Reliability Engineer II to join the 24/7 Operations team in a hybrid role. You will monitor, triage, and resolve incidents across on-prem RHEL, AWS GovCloud, and EKS, enforcing FedRAMP controls and driving platform uptime.

Your responsibilities include real-time telemetry with Prometheus and Grafana, log analysis with Elasticsearch and Kibana, and GitOps deployments via GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows, with collaboration across security and infrastructure

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, Systems Administration, or Hybrid Infrastructure Support roles.
Willingness to work a 24/7 rotational shift schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
Experience with bare-metal Linux administration (RHEL) and cloud/Kubernetes operations.
Familiarity with FedRAMP/NIST SP 800-53 controls and DISA STIG hardening.

Responsibilities

Provide round-the-clock eyes-on-glass monitoring and incident triage.
Maintain monitoring across bare-metal RHEL servers, EKS clusters, and AWS environments.
Lead quick triage and root-cause analysis for high-priority alerts.
Coordinate incident bridges and runbooks; ensure SLA adherence.
