Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Voucher Examiner to support federal transportation programs, financial management operations, and regulatory compliance. This on-site role is in Ashburn, VA.

You will review, validate, and process vouchers, invoices, and reimbursement requests to ensure compliance with FAR regulations and contract terms.

Join a team that partners with program managers, CORs, vendors, and financial analysts to resolve payment issues and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal financial management or voucher-related experience.
• Familiarity with FAR regulations and federal cost principles.
• Experience reviewing vouchers, invoices, and reimbursements for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review vouchers, invoices, and reimbursement requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Validate labor, travel, and cost data against funding authorizations and contracts.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits by resolving findings.
• Enter and reconcile voucher information in financial systems.
• Collaborate with program managers and analysts to resolve payment issues.
