Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s customized construction management system. You’ll conduct virtual and in-person sessions for diverse personnel including project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure effective adoption of the new system.

You will lead trainings, respond to questions, and maintain engagement while coordinating with managers and stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
