Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a federal construction management system implementation. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineers, construction staff, leadership, and external contractors to ensure proficiency with the new system.

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
