Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end-to-end training programs that help users, support staff, and managers effectively adopt new systems, tools, and processes in a mission-critical federal environment.

You will conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, develop blended curricula including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, simulations, and job aids, and measure training impact to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical training or instructional design.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience designing and delivering training for technical systems or complex processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives.
• Design blended training solutions including in-person/virtual courses and e-learning.
• Translate complex concepts into practical examples aligned to real program use cases.
• Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and metrics.
• Facilitate training events and adapt delivery based on feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and adoption indicators.
• Collaborate with product owners, system admins, and project teams.
