Job summary

You will assist with server builds, patching, monitoring, and create learner-friendly training assets while helping track training outcomes in LMS and support change management during rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 0–3 years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
• Foundational skills in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and server software.
• Basic skills in instructional design and presentation development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must possess a current secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with server builds, OS installation, configuration, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor system health, review alerts, troubleshoot, and document diagnostics.
• Use standard tools for user/group management, file permissions, and basic network config.
• Support design and delivery of technical and process training by defining objectives and content.
• Build and maintain training assets such as slides, handouts, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate portions of classroom or virtual training and collect feedback and surveys.
• Help track training participation and outcomes in LMS and support change-management activities.
