Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading technology strategy in engineering firms or professional services.
• Experience with federal frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI).
• Experience evaluating and deploying technology solutions and AI/ML.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs with clear metrics.
• Drive innovation to improve program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent HDR FBG in enterprise technology planning and governance.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligning with Federal priorities and modernization.
