Job summary

HDR's Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead a team delivering secure, compliant technology solutions for federal programs in the DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence sectors. You will shape roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with leadership to align strategic technology investments with mission needs.

In this role you will drive digital transformation, ensure FedRAMP, RMF and NIST standards, and partner with Corporate Technology to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within Federal sectors.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology, and software development and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute applied technology strategies and foster lasting change.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and define performance indicators for adoption and value.
• Drive technology innovation that supports Federal program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent HDR Federal program requirements in enterprise technology planning and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Lead FBG proposals for investment in technology and align technology visions with Federal priorities.
