Job summary

HDR’s Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead strategy and delivery of secure, advanced technology solutions across six Federal market sectors. You will guide the adoption of AI/ML, digital twins, analytics, and automation while ensuring compliance with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP.

Collaboration with HDR leadership and stakeholders across DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence sectors is essential. You will drive architecture and governance, manage a team of experts, and shape long‑term

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years delivering technology solutions for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services.
• Experience with Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, CUI).
• Experience leading technology strategy, architecture, and governance for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs and establish metrics for adoption and value realization.
• Drive innovation to enhance program performance, resilience, security, and compliant cloud adoption.
• Represent HDR FBG in enterprise technology planning and develop technology roadmaps aligned with Federal priorities.
