• Experience shaping technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering and professional services.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across DoD, Civilian and Intelligence sectors.
• Strong grasp of federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies and establish metrics for impact.
• Drive innovation in federal delivery including AI/ML, automation and secure cloud.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and governance.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligning with federal priorities and program needs.
• Guide secure collaboration, modeling, analytics, and digital delivery for federal clients.
• Coordinate with HDR leadership to develop proposals for technology investments.
