Job summary

VMware is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization of VMware’s multi-cloud solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver success plans and technical guidance across the customer journey.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with executive customers, ongoing training, and a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• 12+ years related experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (TAM, Solution Engineer, or technology consultant).
• Experience with VMware Multi-cloud products (SDDC, Cloud, NSX, automation).

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable assigned enterprise customers to rapidly realize business value.
• Create a joint Success Plan and deliver technology roadmaps and assessments.
• Provide guidance, best practices, and cost-optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with VMware teams to ensure aligned goals and outcomes.
• Build relationships with CxO-level stakeholders and drive adoption.
