Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E) to lead functional consulting and client engagement for Federal Government and DoD stakeholders. You will shape processes, navigate implementations, and support users through go-live and beyond.

Working with an Agile team, you’ll translate requirements into configurations, testing plans, and integration coordination while delivering ongoing support and data-driven insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen solely.
Federal Government or DoD experience.
Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) systems; SAP Concur preferred.
Functional consulting: requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system design.
Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders, present strategic recommendations, and manage client expectations.
Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and service design artifacts.
Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and QA.
Assist with system stabilization and post-go-live user experience enhancements.
Analyze operational data to develop visual insights for project decisions.
