Job summary

Aquaneer Technologies seeks a Customer Experience Manager specializing in SAP Concur and Travel & Expense (T&E) functional consulting for Federal Government projects. You will lead functional engagements, translate agency needs into configurations, and coordinate testing and integration with an Agile team.

You will engage government stakeholders, drive end-to-end processes from requirements to go-live, and provide post-implementation support to ensure optimized user experiences across DoD

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Federal Government/DoD experience preferred or demonstrated.
• Experience with Travel & Expense systems; SAP Concur is strongly preferred.
• Functional consulting: requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
• Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders, present strategic recommendations, and manage client expectations throughout project workstreams.
• Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and service design artifacts for T&E configurations.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and overall QA.
• Assist with system stabilization, user experience optimization, and ongoing customer experience enhancements post go-live.
• Analyze operational data and develop visual insights to support project decisions and client deliverables.
