Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager with SAP Concur and T&E functional expertise to support Federal Government and DoD clients. You will bridge business requirements and system configuration, driving implementation and post-go-live optimization.

You will engage government stakeholders, lead functional workstreams, and ensure compliant, efficient travel and expense processes across the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Federal Government or DoD client experience is essential.
• Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) systems is required; SAP Concur preferred.
• Proven track record in end-to-end functional consulting and business process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing and integration coordination.
• Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations across project workstreams.
• Translate agency requirements into functional specs, service design artifacts, and compliant T&E configurations.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and overall system QA.
• Assist with post-go-live support, user experience optimization, and ongoing customer experience enhancements.
• Analyze operational data and develop insights to support project decisions.
