Serco Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our procurement team. The role offers a hybrid work setup from our Herndon, VA hub or remote work across the U.S.

You will lead negotiations on major subcontracts and manage RFp processes for labor and materials with mid-to-high complexity. You will need a US citizenship, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years in federal contracting, with strong FAR/DFAR knowledge and excellent communication.

Competenze

• US Citizenship clearly stated as requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Experience in US government procurement, preferably with a peer prime contractor.
• Minimum 8 years in a federal contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR and contract law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a project team and meet schedules.
• Experience managing subcontractors/suppliers to negotiated terms.

Mansioni

• Lead subcontract negotiations on price, terms, and delivery with teams.
• Develop RFps for federal services and products of medium to high complexity.
• Manage pricing/proposal support and subcontract/purchase order awards timelines.
• Close out subcontracts, including cost-reimbursable types, on time.
• Ensure subcontractor performance against negotiated price/terms.
• Escalate and communicate performance issues promptly.
