Job summary

Serco is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Procurement team in a role that can be hybrid at our Herndon, Virginia headquarters or remote anywhere in the U.S. You will negotiate, prepare, and manage major subcontracts, driving procurement Excellence across programs.

The role requires federal contracting experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead negotiations while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract negotiations and administration for medium to high complexity subcontracts.
• Prepare and evaluate RFPs for federal services and products.
• Ensure on-time pricing/proposal support and subcontract/purchase order awards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and close out subcontracts in compliance with policy.
