Qualifications

• Deep Routing and Switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN) and related deployment/operational expertise.
• 5+ years of sales engineering experience.
• Willing to travel to meet customers; hybrid meetings supported by Cisco tech.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, Security, and Voice/Collaboration across campus, DC, and WAN.
• Familiarity with APIs for automation and operations improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Sales Account Executive to solve customers' most demanding challenges.
• Propose technology solutions and drive customer adoption to meet quota.
• Maintain and grow technical skills; pursue quarterly learning and certifications.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary technical POC for customers.
• Engage with Federal Civilian agencies and lead rooms with enterprise architectures.
