The role collaborates with product, legal, and implementation teams to address client missions, with a hybrid work model including partial remote days. Candidates should have extensive federal experience, be adept at communicating complex concepts, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with state and federal government agencies around means-tested social service programs.
• Experience in solutions consulting or sales roles is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Presentations and demos: lead customer demonstrations and present technical collateral.
• Business development: assist Sales and Alliance teams to identify opportunities.
• Market landscape: maintain expertise in means-tested benefit programs and background checks.
• Competitive intelligence: stay informed on competitors' products and messaging.
• Proposal leadership: SME for RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs with technical responses.
• Architect customer solutions: define solutions addressing government missions with cross-functional teams.
• Technical feasibility: provide feasibility assessments for new products.
• Requirement translation: gather requirements for delivery via existing or new products.
• Cross-functional liaison: coordinate between proposal, product engineering, and post-sales teams.
• Post-award transition: act as technical liaison before handoff to Implementation Lead.
• Customer engagement: maintain relationships and ensure product adoption.
• Industry engagement: participate in trainings and conferences to stay current.
• Gap resolution: identify gaps and work with product teams to close them.
