Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Software Licensing Specialist to administer licensing programs, ensure compliance with vendor agreements, and align with government requirements and organizational policies. This role supports audits, maintains records, and collaborates with software analysts to manage licenses.

U.S. citizenship is required, Public Trust clearance is needed, and candidates must reside in one of the approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, or IT).
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in software licensing support, IT service operations, and/or IT asset support.
• Familiarity with FAA-relevant tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate license disposition for specific requirements, receive tickets from software analysts.
• Research procurement data for products, align with customer information, determine license availability.
• Read and process software procurement information, vendor invoices, licenses, and EULAs.
• Record license entitlement information into FAA software asset management systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations and contract requirements.
• Support audits, assessments, and reporting activities.
• Maintain records and documentation supporting governance processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer and organizational standards.
