Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a federal customer. You will work with product owners and technical teams to deliver scalable workflows, ITSM, ITOM, and CSM solutions while ensuring security and best practices.

This full-time role requires hands-on scripting, integrations, and a track record of delivering reliable dashboard and report capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development including scripting, integrations, and module configuration.
• Strong understanding of core ServiceNow applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog development.
• Experience creating and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that integrate with the platform, including Power BI, custom apps, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.
• Create and manage flows, subflows, and automation using Flow Designer and best practices.
• Customize and develop Service Catalog items, record producers, workflows, and request fulfillment processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports for performance monitoring and analytics.
